Someone in my bookclub recommended listening to this podcast (I probably won't cos I'm not a big podcaster) but I was fascinated by the idea that romantasy plays into a particular idea of gendered trauma.
This led to my asking Hannah for an explanation of "gendered trauma". Her answer did not make me want to rush out and buy any books in the genre. My teenage authority also advised against it.
